EduTrac User Research

EduTrac is a mobile-phone based data-collection system created by UNICEF that helps the Uganda Ministry of Education and Sports collect data (attendance, enrollment, violence, etc) from school officials.

Interested in better understanding how eduTrac intersects, complicates, and supports teachers and administrators, we conducting user research in Lyantonde, a rural village outside of Kampala, Uganda.

I also designed this report to UNICEF that summarized our findings and suggested topics for further investigation.
